Parking

Parking is free and abundant in the venue parking lot.

Special Needs

Wheelchair accessibility, and interpreters for the Deaf will be present – IMPORTANT: please mark your form in the special needs section.

Child Care

YES! Infants (minimum 6 months - younger infants are free to stay with parents) to 6th grade. Child Care will be provided (nominal donation requested) only for the main conference on Saturday, October 25th from 10a-6p. Children in child care will not require a ticket, only the nominal donation for the child care providers while the conference is in session.

IMPORTANT: Please mark your registration you will be using child care and if so, what the age(s) of your children are...we're thrilled you'll be with your whole family to have this experience together!

Important Event Reminders

This event is a safe space. Come as you are.
Please turn cell phones off while in the event.
Please refrain from wearing fragrances and perfumes for the comfort of those around you sensitive to allergens.
Please dress comfortably and be prepared for room temperature changes.
Please do not bring food or beverages into the events. Snacks and drinks will be available for your convenience.
Please be on time as to not disturb the other attendees.
No cameras or recording devices will be allowed in the event. This event is being videotaped and will be made available for those requesting to relive the journey.
Due to the event being videotaped, every effort will be made to only videotape the speakers and musicians on stage, keeping participants’ identities confidential.
Conference organizers and volunteers reserve the right to remove anyone deemed disruptive to the peacefulness, healing and compassion that is at the core of this event.
